A nasty little farce in two acts
Adelaide and the Devil is a dark absurdist morality play in the style of commedia dell ‘arte. Using archetypes from the Tarot, religious imagery, satire and pantomime. The story follows two minor saints and a brave young maiden as they attempt to escape the clutches of an evil obsession. A ruckus adventure tale that takes our heroes through many perilous escapades. Think Monty Python meets Noel Coward.
