READING – When Trout Lilies Bloomed by Richard Gotti
July 22 @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
When an invitation arrives to his son’s wedding, Joel assumes he’s been forgiven for walking out of his marriage and letting his connection to his son wither. Arriving in the Smokies amid April wildflowers, he soon discovers that the past is alive in the present. Despite his regrets and desire to move on, reconciliation is nowhere on the horizon. As the events of the weekend combust, Joel must confront the fact that true reconciliation is not the end he imagined, but a new beginning.
